About This Partner

Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) is located in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province, on the central banks of the Yangtze River. The university is composed of one main campus situated near the East Lake scenic spot and a satellite medical campus located in the business center of Hankou. Originally founded in 1952 as Huazhong Institute of Technology, the institution merged with Tongji Medical University and Wuhan Urban Construction Institute to create HUST. HUST has student population of 55,000 and employs 3,000 full-time faculty. The university offers 94 undergraduate programs, 225 master programs, and 184 PhD programs in a variety of fields including philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management and arts.
